Subject: DJ
DJ - Mikey Thunder. Another great great recording EdSI. Click his name up at the top by the TAPED By to get the rest of his tasty uploads to the Archive. Check the Magicgravy run from Fall 2011 and Summer 2010. Also, he and Garrett Sayers (bass player from the Motet) have started a Garrett Sayers collection on Archive with Garrett's new trio. Sicker than Swine Flu.

Subject: Does anyone know the name of the DJ?
I was at this show in Denver, and it was absolutely incredible. I am very Grateful for whoever recorded this. The sound quality is fantastic, and thats to whoever posted it on The Motet's facebook wall making it visible to all the fans.
Motet obviously killed it, but we also loved the DJ set during the set break. I'd love to catch some more stuff he did. Does anyone know his name/handle?

Sincerely,
One of the crew members of Team Zissou

Subject: Funk is Dead!
Funk is Dead was the Tag Line for this run of 4 shows in CO. Great Stuff! I'm picky with my Grateful Dead Covers and the Motet did a fine Job of mixing themselves into Many expected and some unexpected funky Dead treats for Halloween. They nailed it! Do yourself a favor and check out these recordings. The Vibe in the Room was over the top. I had so much fun. Thank you for Uploading!

Subject: Fun night
Um.... you forgot about the Lovelight at the end of the fire on the mtn.... For me, that was the peak. Band was tight, different interpretations for sure. Some worked great, some where.... lets just say different. Either way, an incredibly fun and wild night.

Actually there's a Dark Star i think in the Scarlet, if I'm not mistaken, or somewhere in there.

Subject: 5 Stars for originality of the concept, creative arrangement and superb execution
So much fun! Brought some novel appreciations of the Grateful Dead's brilliance to this Deadhead's ears. For an example, check out the horns on Help on the Way.
